Returns

You can return Dear Eco goods within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached.

Return the products with an enclosed printout of the completed "Return Form"  to the following address:

Dear Eco guarantees a refund within 7 days of receipt of returned package via bank transfer to the account specified by the customer in the return form.

* Dear Eco does not accept Cash on Delivery packages.

 

Complaints

We take responsibility for any faults in the products.

The faulty products with an enclosed printout of the completed "Complaint Form"  should be sent to the following address:

Poland

The complaint will be dealt with within 14 days of delivery. The faulty products will be replaced or a full refund will be given.

We will notify you by e-mail as soon as your claim has been received and processed.

* Dear Eco does not accept Cash on Delivery packages.
