We have worked hard to ensure Dear Eco's shopping experience is as friendly and intuitive as possible. Here is where you can find everything you need to know about ordering from us.
Choosing your Product:
- to help you select the best product for your little one, detailed description is provided for each item
- once you have selected your product, select the size and quantity
- if you want to order an item, click the Add to Basket button on the item's product detail page
- once you have added an item to your Basket, you can keep searching or browsing until your Basket contains all the items you want to order
- you can access the contents of your Basket at any time by clicking the Basket button on any page
- available stock is assigned to your order after you click Place your order
Shopping Basket:
- your basket contains all the products you have selected and added to it; (to remove an item from your Shopping Basket click the Cross button)
- the next step is to select a payment method and a delivery option
- if you have a discount voucher, enter your coupon code below to get a discount
- confirm your order by clicking the Confirm/Place your Order button
Placing your order:
- if you have an account with us, please enter your username and password and click "Login" button.
- if you do not have an account, select "Sign up" or skip setting up your account by clicking "Place your Order" directly.
- remember that if you choose to register for our online account, you will be able to:
- view the status of your orders and your purchase history;
- log in for subsequent purchases without having to re-enter all your data;
- receive individual discounts and promotional coupons.
- if you do not have an account, you can also buy without registration
- enter your name and contact details
- if you want your order to be shipped to a different address, select "Other shipping address" and enter the relevant data
- any additional information about your order should be entered in the "Remarks" section
- mark that you have read the store regulations and accept their content
- click "Place your Order/Confirm" to confirm your purchase
Your order is ready to ship!
To complete make a payment through a secure online payment platform - DotPay by clicking on the "Payment".
